Say I wanted to only zoom in at one part of my video to highlight something then zoom back out to the normal framing, how would I do that?

Adjustment layer didn't work for me. Maybe because I was trying to apply it to a photo. I applied transform directly to the photo and used blur out to get the motion blur effect. Got a decent result I guess. Is there a more efficient way to do this?

my replicate effect gives me a black boarder around each video anyway to fix this?
