I'm 41 and the difference in the weather in Maryland is crazy different. It's scary how much it's changed. Like right now its just after Christmas. It should be a bunch of snow with all the rain fall. It should be 20°f but instead it's 70 and it's t shirt weather. That's insane. When I was little the rivers and creeks would freeze and we could ice skate out there. I drove my dirt bike out there. I can't tell you how long it's been since it froze. It don't freeze at all. None. Never. And sometimes the tides come in much higher than it used to and piers are underwater... It's way different.

Just last week we had a UK politician on TV being asked about the government's plans with a view to climate change and it being the hottest year on record.

Climate change due to humans releasing carbon dioxide is what we are talking about. Not pollution which is imo, a far greater issue. Somehow all these issues get lumped into "climate change" like what does that even mean. When someone says, " do you believe in climate change" tell them to further eleborate. Bc yes the earths climate is always changing, yes humans have an impact undoubtedly on the climate due to co2, yes we are polluting the environment. But "climate change" idk what that phrase even means.

It's funny. I live around a bunch of "good old boys", lifelong Republicans. To a man they will tell you about how we don't get near the rain and snow that they remember "back in the day". They talk constantly about how much later winter comes, or how much earlier the snow melt is. Yet, to a man, if you mention "climate change" they cry "bull shit!" 😂
