Why is customer loyalty important? In this video, I explain why customer loyalty is the key to business survival and why so many other business fail because they don’t have a loyalty scheme in place to get customers coming back for more of what they are selling. At Carrots & Daikon, we rely on customer loyalty to spread the word about us with needing to spend money on marketing.

In order to build customer loyalty, you must ensure your customers are happy with your food, customer service and everything else relating to your business. If something turns them off your business then your in trouble because acquiring new customers is expensive but retaining existing customer is free, follow my advice in this video.
