A loyal customer spends more than a one-time customer!

Loyal customers are your best advertising ally. The satisfied customer recommends you to his entourage and on social networks, which is beneficial for both your image and your online reputation. It can also help capture new customers that you might not have reached with marketing campaigns. By retaining your customers, you recruit new ones…

Retaining customers is one of the cheapest marketing methods that increase sales. This method is 3 to 6 times less expensive than prospecting new customers and is also effective in the long term!

The gift card is a great way to thank your most loyal customers. You can choose to offer them after a certain number of orders or a certain amount is reached. The idea here is to thank the customer for his loyalty and make him understand that buying more and more often will be rewarding for him. On Shopify, it is easy to set up gift cards, from the administrator interface of your store, click on the products section, below will appear the gift card tab, you can create gift cards from there.

Do not forget that you must always be creative and create diversified offers to maintain the relationship with your loyal customers. Giving just a 10% discount code every now and then isn't going to be enough to keep a loyal customer for years!
So don’t hesitate to create events or even private sales for your loyal customers, make them feel special!
