I had a NDE and at the moment of my death I was eye to eye with myself like when you look at your eyes in the mirror as close as you can. I remember saying ' it's right in front of us and we don't see it, we are looking right at it and we don't see it ' 👀 I was sent back and couldn't remember what I meant and have been wondering about it for 30 years. One morning I figured it out. I was sitting in my chair looking out the window and at that very moment when I realized what I meant a little hummingbird flew up to the window and looked at me for a few seconds and flew away. This physical reality is our concousness. The universe is a mirror of soul. There are no coincidences.

Excellent video. What makes sense to me is that what most people call God, I call the Source, the all consciousness of the universe and this Source consciousness is within everyone and everything. I believe that Heaven and Hell are simply different levels of consciousness and this world is whatever level of consciousness we project into reality. So if the world would awaken to the higher consciousness within, together we could create a Heaven on Earth.

Wasn't till I shed my religious beliefs did I began to see and understand the reality that surrounded me all along. I was only lying to myself with these religious beliefs to keep my occupied and comfortably numb. Now that I have awoken, I feel free to feel what surrounded me all along... I truly started to feel at peace when I STOPPED listening to music that have toxic context (same goes with many TV-shows/serier/movies).

Because if you are surrounded with toxicity, then there’s a huge risk for you to get stuck in a toxic/negative spiral where you lose your true self. In order to connect with your true self, you need to: 1) Observe, 2) learn and 3) act/respond.

1) Observe: Observe and be aware when there’s any toxicity
2) Learn: What did you learn from it? (For example: If you listened to a song that had toxic context, then remove that song)
3) Act/respond: React differently next time (For example: Don’t repeat the toxic thing, next time you don’t put on that toxic song again)

Unless we don’t learn something about the toxicity - toxic content affects our thoughts and emotions negatively, toxicity prevents us from growth and being productive. So we need to replace these toxic patterns with healthy patterns: We need to respond and act the opposite of toxic (we need to respond and act with KINDNESS). Our purpose in life is to live and learn from the mistakes and therefore make this world better and SAFER.

Instead of thinking "Why is this happening to me?" -> think "What can I learn from this?"

We see the "reality" that we resonate with. In dreams we see other realities because our frequency changes. When your body is dying, your frequency changes.

I just finished writing two pages of my thoughts that had developed as I awoke one morning. Nearly mirroring this video as if I had watched it first and was then influenced. And yet here it is. Fascinating. Concerning the statement that we are the average of the 5 people we most closely associate with, I wish to share this. We all have both good and bad within us. I can see both positive and negative in those around me. And for most it is all to easy to find fault with others, where as I choose to see the good. I would submit that we play a major role in determining what frequencies we will allow to be impacted by and hope that we can all one day learn to of promote greater love and growth into our lives
