Wonky Steering? Wheel Alignment on a Heritage Classic Harley-Davidson 114.

Показать описание
If your handlebars on your Harley-Davidson look like they are steering slightly one way, even when you're going straight, then something is out of alignment.
In this video we go through what it could be, then straighten the front end alignment until the handlebars point straight.
This How To video is how we do it; there may be other ways!

I accidently tipped my bike over and it fell on its handlebars on the carpet in my garage. The T bars looked all bent, I thought I was crazy so I put on another exact set and it looked the same. I stumbled upon your video and it did the trick. I feel so much better. Much love from Atlanta, Georgia

Finally, A video that helps us with our front ends. I have found several videos for Japanese Bikes. But this is the first one I found for Harley Davidson touring Bikes. Thanks very much for the Informative video. You Rock! Cheers!

I appreciate this video so much. I just purchased a new Softail Deluxe and rode it home for 4 hours. When I got to my driveway I hit some gravel in the bike came out from under me. It didn't do any damage but the crash bar and front alignment went out while lifting it up. I don't know if the handlebars are a little warped either. I know the right side of the handlebar is higher than the left side. I took it to the Harley dealership up the street and they didn't even want to help. They just said oh you need to buy some new handlebars. And that was the extent of the help that they gave me. I asked him if I could pay them to do an alignment and they said no definitely the handlebars. But when it's out of alignment the handlebars look crooked anyways.

Thanks for putting this up. I have exactly the same problem on my new sport glide, I'm going to let the dealer have a go at it first. Do you happen to know what the torque settings are for the clamps?

My 2005 dyna needs something done, my handle bars are not line up with my front tire, off just a little to the right, i don't have a idea how to ajust it.

Im not sure, but isnt it just the bushing rubber of the risers?
And just block the front wheel and ajust the steer a bit.

Did you notice it while you were riding with no hands or was it just pulling in a certain direction.

interesting to note....sometimes the top clamp that holds your handlebars may have been tightened in the wrong sequence...that can throw it out also.
