When the puzzle piece is rotated the lock pin moves out… And now the top piece comes apart …. Without the rotation, lock pin will prevent the two puzzle piece to come apart….

In order for a puzzle to be genuinely described as such. The solution should be in full view for all to see but not obvious. Hiding the solution machined within the construction, must by default remove it from being defined as a puzzle.

_ No need to "ROTATE" (misdirection-showmanship).
_ Pulling on wooden pieces does not work until you LIFT one of the pieces before pulling it out of the groove other wooden piece.

It's not surprising at all. When the pieces were being pulled on, it was obvious that they weren't glued together. If they weren't glued together, then you can take the thing apart.

At the beginning it is not said that you can take the wood pieces apart. Plus you do not need rotation. Child would immediately know it otherwise.

Half of his puzzle video are filmed on angles that doesn’t allow the viewers to inspect it, leaving us viewer feeling really dumb when we see the solution. This one is a prime example of such angle. Had he shown us how did the ring actually was, and the wood pieces had full seams, the viewer would have been able to solve it together with the video maker.

You can also show how to re-assemble the wooden blocks and ring. Also show tge inner engineering and how the blocks get locked in the first place ....
