Upgrading your CPU from Core2Duo to Core2Quad.....is it Worth it???

Hi Guys, This is Pullock from #BD Gamer.

Last few days I have been playing on a very old Gaming PC. it got core2Duo CPU, 6GB Ram and GT 730 GPU. I was seeing some CPU related Bottleneck. as you can seen on the Videos below:

So I wanted to check if I can remove the CPU Bottleneck my Change it to a Core2Quad Q6600.

i have the same processor and graphics card and i was thinking of upgrading to core 2 quad then i searched ebay and got a quad q6600 and a core 2 duo e8400 which one i should buy the e8400 is cheaper

everything else same
will changing my core 2 duo to a core 2 quad q8400 change the bottle neck?
