When i had an issue regarding on my order I immediately email them and I think after 2 to 3hrs they respond, if you havent received it try email them. I think they respond if you email them instead of their social media accounts.

I still feel like she handled the whole lipstick disaster very poorly, so personally, I just wouldn't buy from her, but it's good that she's seemingly putting in more effort with this launch and improving the quality of her makeup. I hope you get your brushes and a good response from her customer service about why they are so late. I feel like they should at least give you a discount for your next order since they didn't send the brushes yet and haven't even gotten back to you with an apology or explanation. If you don't get them at all, they better refund you and give that discount. Good customer service gets repeated business.

I think that the price point is way too high as well! I am sure that many of her followers are not as wealthy as she is. So, I would have hoped she would have considered that when creating her products! They highlight is beautiful though!

Poor Mar! I would be pissed honestly bc that’s literally what happened. People who bought 1 of everything are only getting one of their items & people who ordered ONE loose highlighter got sent 20-45 extras for the price of ONE loose highlighter. JHC hasn’t learned 🤦🏽‍♀️
