These lipsticks were not cheap, and I feel like your tone in this video isn’t very apologetic/humble (“I’m sorry this launch wasn’t 100% perfect with a bow on it”). These “fibers” and “o2 bubbles” are not acceptable for a $6 lipstick let alone yours! I Will not be repurchasing on your next launch.

Imagine if you reviewed a lipstick that had all these issues? You would def roast the company.
