Self reflection!

Come on with the “betwixt”!! 🤣
Self reflection is something that I’ve done for a long time, but I didn’t always do it correctly. I didn’t know how to ask myself quality questions. I went to counseling 2 years ago, and it helped me SO much!! Now, even if I type the text, I quickly listen to myself when I say, “Girl, DO NOT send that.” I’ve learned to turn to other tools that help me release and get my self together before I regretfully show my behind. I learned to have more compassion with myself and it helped me with showing compassion to others, especially my husband. ✌🏾
