" One could take a number of PEDs couple monthes before this, stop, get the blood work and pass." The final way to prove my parents i m natty

Greg I don’t think that’s a board certified physician. It could be a PHD of physiology or something. No legit doctor would say one blood test “proves” anything. It’s a data signal that supports natural but more data is needed.

When Greg said “that’s what she said” he was so proud. Love it😂

Greg is the best with all the knowledge. I always learn something new and it is knowledge one can trust. Plus, he got more entertaining than last time!

Can we please just take a moment to acknowledge the fact that Coach Greg really went into full analysis of whether it’s harder to go 5 days without caffeine or nutting…

If you haven't won the Olympia, then you're clearly natty.

Guys, if you want some real gains, not some synthol piled muscles, just take care of your diet. If you struggle to create a meal plan for yourself, there are many great websites where you can do it in minutes. I'm following a muscle gain meal plan from Next Level Diet, and I can't explain how useful it is to me. I simply buy all the food that is on my grocery list, prepare meals and focus on other things 'cause my macros and portion sizes are already calculated for me.

15:54 he tested his whole family for a video on the Walsh Fam Channel, and his common health risks are Familial Hypercholestrolemia, high cholesterol, fatty liver disease and type 2 diabetes. His Mom, Father and Sister ( Claudia, Jesse’s gf) have similar health risks

Just a quick glance at Brandon's videos explains a lot why his health might not be 100%. Party Party Party, chocolate, 60 shots in 60 minutes, getting high, cookies.
Family history of high cholesterol my arse.

I went to HS with Jesse and if you knew him you’d know he’s just not that kid. I think he didn’t start drinking until he was a senior and it’s just not his personality. People forget he was a D1 athlete

400 ng/dl is on the low end for a guy in his twenties. This is actually a problem with Gen z males. They all have really really low test levels. In fact, since the 1950s test levels in men has been slowly declining. It’s actually so bad that scientists predict with the current trend, in 50 years time, there will be no visible difference in bloodwork with test levels between a man and a woman and most men will be infertile.

I’m not making this up. A large part of it is exposure to phthalates especially in plastics. You can look these studies up online for yourself. You can see it in these Gen z men in their twenties. They just look soft, almost feminine. It’s actually very scary and I’m amazed that it’s not being discussed.
