I’ve met Jeff Nippard at the gym before he was having a conversation with somebody, and as he was finishing the conversation, I went up to him politely asked him for a picture. He said absolutely no problem. He shook my hand, introduced himself, asked me my name, and even after he took the picture, he complimented my physique and we went our separate ways. Super nice guy.
