The guy called in to the radio show and he said he was not attracted to his wife anymore because she had put on too much weight. And I swear to you so many women were calling in and trying to bash that man but the speaker had to shut them down. But I will never forget what he said at the end of the show, he said wives you owe it to your husband's to stay attractive to them, and then he said husbands you owe it to your wives to stay attractive to them.

Some advice for husbands. I had 3 kids, and I weigh what I weighed when I first met my husband before having kids. You wouldn’t know I just had a baby 4 months ago unless I told you. But my husband watches the kids at home or takes them for a walk while I go into the backyard and workout for at least half an hour. He gives me the time I need to stay in shape without the kids distracting me or bothering me. Just saying it makes it easier. And then we take turns. I give him his time too.

My husband and I both gained weight. We didn't change our level of intimacy. The only time that changed was when my hormones were out of wack after babies. He's faithful. I've lost weight and my hormones have leveled back out, but he hasn't lost weight yet and we're still pretty much the same. We just love each other. It's the hard truth. Just because you're married doesn't mean you should stop trying to impress and please your spouse. If you won't please them, someone else will. And yes, I've heard so many women talk down about their men because of weight gain but could you imagine if a man did that about his wife? There'd be hellfire. It's a sad double standard on all accounts.
