"Darf ich Dich duzen oder muss ich Sie siezen?" - "Das können Sie halten wie Du willst."

Dürüm wet end sounds like a really bad independent film about the Berlin drug scene.

"googeln" is proper German - it's in the duden! :D

The Sie or Du is the same as in Spanish. Formal is ‘usted’ and informal is ‘tu’. When you meet someone you’ll talk to them with usted unless they say “tutéame” which means they are giving you permission to speak informally to them.

when i see a call by an unknown source, recently i only say 'Hallo' on the phone since there are so many merchandise calls, and they can misuse whatever you say. :(

Little tip for the telepone introduction: I often use the phrase "here's me, who's there?" - don't do that.

I bet by now, the „German-American“ club in Miami or wherever it was is watching your videos religiously in order to learn how to pass as a proper German-American! 😆🤣😂

Hayley: Mike always thinks they ( cops with blitzers) are out there to get him.
Me: Haha good old german paranoia, I feel you Mike xD

typical german "Blitzerphobie"" - when you watch out for parking VW Caddys and forget to focus the traffic  😆

6:52 „tired of attacking me“ ... Germans are not rude, we discuss with you as long at it takes you to realize your error 😘

"Informal would be your neighbour". You'd be surprised. My parents are per-Du with their neighbour of 34 years, but still per-Sie with his wife. When I found out about that last summer, I found that so weird. Since I moved to England I pretty much say Du to everyone or if I'm not sure, I use Euch/Ihr when talking about a company or a family and then take it from there. Usually they then call me Du and then I know it's fine. :-)

In other parts of Germany the Dürüm is called Yufka but it's the same thing. The first one is refering to the way it's made (Dürüm = wrapped) the other to the dough that's used (Yufka = flat bread)

Civilian police cars are often different.
Mostly dark, gray or inconspicuous cars of various brands. The number plates are also changed from time to time. What you can't see, they can have cameras in the front and back, sometimes to the side.
There is also a caravan known where truck drivers are filmed.
Two men can sit in it, but there are also women as police.

Omg, I did not know that about the antenna and the cop car! I was raised here, I've lived here my whole life, I've been driving for over 7 years! Wtf, what is wrong with me. 😭😭
