Another brilliant segment. Thank you! 💐 I've just found out that stockfish isn't indigenous to Nigeria or Africa at that, and it's mainly imported from Norway. On further digging, it had even reported that the heavy metal content within stockfish can cause birth defects, infertility issues and various other health concerns. I doubt many of our people are aware of this, as the fish has unfortunately become a STAPLE in our diet. I was wondering whether you could cover this pls, alongside the health risk of synthetic hair including expressions used for braids? As a people, we've incorporated a lot of unhealthy things into our diet and lifestyle (due to external influence) that are increasingly responsible for various ailments in our communities.

We need to carefully examine many of our lifestyle habits, including diet, beauty etc.
