Harris, Trump mull second debate while critics slam format

The ripple effects of the Donald Trump versus Kamala Harris debate will be more clear when polling is sure to be released later this month. The immediate aftermath has questions swirling about the format, and whether there will be another one on one before the election.

“The moderators were very unfair," Trump told reporters when he made his way to the spin room after the debate. While he celebrated his performance, he bashed ABC and the moderators.

His supporters claimed only Trump was fact-checked and Harris wasn’t pressed. Of note, a memorable exchange came when moderator Linsey Davis said"There is no state where it is legal to kill a baby after it's born," in response to some of the former President's claims about abortion.

I read three years ago that NY and West Virginia DID pass a law to allow infanticide by the mother and doctor bu leaving the newborn to die of starvation and exposure on the cold stainless steel operating table. I remember commenting that "We don't even do that to a dog"!

Let's try common sence for a change. Each candidate brings 15 questions they ask their question the opponent answers and they take turns. No one else knows the questions until asked by the candidate. Each candidate selects a moderator and the moderators cannot correct, criticize any questions or answers. They only control the time clock and microphones. Simple and fair for a change.
