Additional resources that Sara Mastros recommends:

- "Dictionary of Deities and Demons in the Bible"
by Van Der Toorn, Van Der Horst, and Becking. It's apparently very expensive, but seems easy enough to find in libraries. It's got a Christian bias, but is very useful (and also excellent for bibliomancy).

- Sara mentioned the Andrew Lang edition of the Arabian Nights, but she meant the Edward Lane 1927 edition (you can understand the confusion), but you need the original edition with complete author's notes (of which there are like 300 pages - the magic is buried in them). It's somewhat colonialist (because 1927), but still quite good.

- She also really likes Gustav Davidson's "A Dictionary of Angels", but not the kindle edition, which has VERY difficult formatting.

- Judika Iles's "Encyclopedia of Spirits: The Ultimate Guide to the Magic of Fairies, Genies, Demons, Ghosts, Gods & Goddesses" is also good, and very beginner friendly.

- David Rankine's "Grimoire Encyclopedia" is great, but not as beginner-friendly, and doesn't have much about djinn.

- Siddur Ikbal Ali Shah has a book called "Occultism: Its theory and practice" which is good, but dated.

I LOVE the little sidenote at ~ 55:00 when Sara talks about Demons and Angels and says "those names are more like a job description, and not a species description".

From what I gathered from my studies of ancient Greek and Latin Angels and Demons are Spirit. That's their "species". Spirit has the capacity to be an angel or a demon. Same as humans. We have the capacities to be evil or good. Both is possible.
And yea😊.. I just love the confirmation from someone SO well read like Sara. Also I love that this possibility to look at it finds it's ways into the main streem through talks like this.

Thanks for making this accesable and easy to understand. I got Bananabrains last week when I tried to read "Lesser Key" - It's also refreshing that Sarah is completely honest and doesn't take everything so overly dramatic serious and dares to say what she thinks about her relation to sekhmet and Michael and Crowley. It's subjective. I have Sekhmet in my bedroom and Michael is very calming to me. But I appreciate that this video is so easy to get an understanding of Solomon. Thank you both.
