I live in South London so I was thinking about moving to Kent / Essex. But I'm not sure on areas that still have good links back to London. xx

The main thing is for them to accept your offer which it was not the case for me and my partner. We lost 1500 pounds on solicitors and valuations. Just because our credit score was not that good.
