Well, unfortunately when considering protein, eggs are the clear winner. Tofu has less essential amino acids, less BCAAs, and 68% the BV of eggs. You have to eat nearly double the amount of tofu in order to get the same protein effect as you do from eggs.

they used to sell cashew nuts here. Great taste. really like great taste. But now they dont have them anymore :( and they all come from vietnam.

What if I don't have access or resources to buy things like Tofu, Seitan, tempeh or any plant protein supplements and at the same time I do resistance training and have plenty muscle mass to preserve and want to gain even more. I can only afford whole foods, grains and so on as sources of protein. From what I tried, to reach a reasonable amount of protein it always goes overboard in calories making me gain fat overtime. What am I supposed to do?
I live in Brazil, some things that you guys mention are quite expensive here.

I think Salmon is more important for the brain, then meant. Also the walnut looks like brain could that be coincidence
