Sounds about right, im building my own house. 900 sqft living, 600 garage and 200 porch.

Im insulating now and have about 70-80k in right now, but ive done most of the work myself.

Funny, $30k for a piece of land. We pay in the Netherlands $500k for this size of just land. And then we have to start building the house, which is probably $300k up to $600k in addition.

Yep about $200, 000 more! Think about the inside and the outside like driveway, sidewalk patio, landscaping, drywall, lighting, fixtures, flooring, trim work, man you are in for a treat thinking you did so well. Good luck😅😅

I just built a house far cheaper looks about the same to . Instead of paying other people do it yourself . -electrical I didn’t do that part .
