May text s roaming pero di nman ako makapasok

paano po kaya ung may mga problem sa new app? can't log in pa rin po until now.. more on po mga ofw, roaming simcard pero active pa rin po # namin.. nakakarecieved naman po kami messages.. sana po mapansin, thanks!
