This place is the epitome of the old-school Italian-American Brooklyn that I grew up in! My grandparents lived a few blocks away, and I spent my childhood going there for pizza and spumoni (and still do). My father remembers buying spumoni off the donkey pulled cart from the original old man. Best Sicilian pizza, and hands-down best spumoni anywhere!

7 years ago I was told I had 1 year to live (cancer) my niece flew out to LA from Bklyn and brought me the square pizza that I love :) that's how good it is-I could eat it on my death bed! I'm still here but I wish I was there too-just for the pizza and spumoni!

I grew up going there often and the pizza was great, but not my favorite pizza in Brooklyn. My favorite thing to get there will always be the spumoni! I think I'll have to take a ride there soon now!
