Thanks for this!! I also have Scott's book, but I am such a beginner that all those words are like overload. I do better-seeing demonstrations than I do reading. The concepts of perspective are starting to somewhat kick in, but it still needs a lot of time and practice to soak in.

Very fascinating. I've seen people draw the triangle under the horizon line many times, but I could never figure out why they were doing this. I've always eyeballed when I draw additional items at a different angle - I had no idea there was a technique to make it accurate.

I'm guessing this is the super accurate form of perspective that you had to learn since you're taking courses in architecture. Is this level of accuracy needed when planning the construction of a building for it to be built structurally sound? Without this perfect form of perspective would the building plans get messed up?

Thank you for your video~ I bought that book and I’ve seen the rotation part, but what I don’t understand is how can you draw along the circle when the shape of the circle changes depending on the angles of your square plane? What is the theory behind it?
I’ve been so confused about this one...
