didn't work for me. after detecting problem dialog box, it said that "troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem". i checked the browser nevertheless, n the problem still exists

If all the steps don't work at 4:03 it will diagnose the problem or click on diagnose problem. Flushed DNS/changed the ip numbers/ erased browser history and cookies - Last step just unplug modem for a minute, plug it back in, start computer. I'm not sure exactly what my problem was but I did all these steps around 3 times nothing worked then I reset the modem and it worked perfect. Sometimes it's the simplest thing that will fix a problem you think is huge. Good luck guys.
