Good advice. Cut the middle man (dealerships) and straight to the Plug. Nothing handwritten, Everything typed up, keep it Professional. Thanks.

Incredible video! Was struggling to get my dealership to take my warranty issue seriously and got an advocacy number from SOA. I also refused the many phone conversations I was offered by the service manager and asked all our communications be done over email. Things quickly started to be taken seriously and my problems were fixed.

What about the bank that finances the car they can't do something against the dealer I mean at the end they were the want pay for the automobile

Wow I never thought of that, the dealers aren’t 100% backed or associated with the manufacturers. Interesting!

Question..
Proper way to replace FB25 oil filter. Can’t get a straight answer from dealerships. Pour oil in it, flood mode crank, put on dry? What specifically dies SUBARU recommend? HELP!🤣

I currently have a case with Hyundai corporate. I have a case manager who is my liaison and calls me at least once a week, if not twice, with updates and to answer, or forward, any questions I may have. I was given a loaner vehicle as well.

Pure shill bs. The dealership won't make the repairs because the manufacturer will only reimburse them PARTIALLY for the diagnosis and NOTHING beyond that regardless of the neccessity for the repairs. Plus they give the dealer replacement parts free-so dealer can't sell you over priced for parts. Contacting Corporate HQ will get you nothing but lies backing up the dealership. They'll let you drive the car knowing it's unsafe. Must people get so frustrated they sell it and take the financial lose.
