You can also do bone proficiency + attack up + Molduga Jaw + Gerudo Broadsword. It has the same modifier of Knight's Claymore and Zora weapons but at base (though if I'm remembering MAY be weaker and if so you could always use the Scimitar of the Seven instead) doesn't need a gimmick or you to be at low health. Though I love the look of Zora weapons more.

I found a great fuse combo; pristine royal halberd and silver lynel saber horn, while wearing the fierce deity armor. When a flurry rush is initiated, the spear will double its damage, bringing it up to 146, plus the fierce deity buff. Since it hits several times per rush, enemies can be destroyed super quickly

You can do it with a pristine royal guards claymore with a moldings jaw and wearing the radiant set or the evil spirit set which will do 1.8 times damage and the royal guards claymore when it’s about to break it does double damage and when it’s one hit away from breaking it multiplys again and use it with a attack meal up 3 and you will do I think about 800 damage per hit on a lynels back
