A couple more:
44. Large size Cury: When completing your curry dex, make sure you have a large pokemon in the first slot in your party to unlock the large portion version of all the curries. In your curry dex, you will be able to press "R - Change size" for the ones you have cooked the large size. Final evolutions of the staters, Eternatus, or your wolf should work.
45. Unlock alternate forms in your Pokedex: When viewing pokemon in your pokedex you can press left and right arrow/d-pad to view alternate forms of the pokemon. The Gigantamax forms do not unlock in your pokedex until you actually use them in a raid and dynamax them. The same goes for shiny GMax. Also, you can unlock Cramorant swallowing a Pikachu and Broken Costume Mimikyu in your pokedex by battling with them. I believe you have to let them get below half health for the form change. As Austin mentioned, the Sinistea has an Authentic and Counterfeit forms which also unlock entries in the Pokedex. Try to capture a second authentic one or evolve the one you have to Polteageist to unlock Polteageist's Authentic form pokedex entry.
