NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine, Johnson Space Center director Mark Geyer and NASA chief astronaut Pat Forrester held a news conference on Sunday, after two astronauts, Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken, were delivered to the International Space Station (ISS).

The arrival followed up a historic liftoff with an equally smooth docking. This marks the first time a privately built spacecraft, by the Elon Musk founded SpaceX, carried human passengers into orbit.

The docking occurred just 19 hours after a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket blasted off Saturday afternoon from Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Fla., the nation’s first astronaut launch to orbit from home soil in nearly a decade.

Thanks for sharing. I had the chance to witness a rocket launch in 2018. Incredible experience. I shared a pretty awesome clip of the trip to my page.

Everything work this is fine. But I do have feeling like it is step back from shuttle, not to mention it is 50 years what we have land on the Moon. So where is the progress?
