Flint really saved a lot of money, didn't they?

The lead service laterals belonged to the property owner. Whoever built the house or hooked it up to the municipal water installed the pipes. It is the homeowner's responsibility to replace those just like your sewer pipe is your responsibility. But the liberals cried and now they are spending taxpayer's money on it. What's next, are they going to remodel peoples houses because they let them fall in disrepair? Put new tires on your car because the old ones are dangerous?
