Flint native here.. Seeing this trailer brings back the fear& sense of helplessness... National guard banging on our door, we open it & see lights flashings from cars in the streets. They give us waters to help us. That feeling of being terrified of showering because it was light bathing in poison.. The scary national news coverage... presidental visit.. etc. It was so terrifying. We're still dealing with this & it's become our normal.

...But In this country, this shouldn't be the norm. 😢May God bless us here in Flint. May we push forward towards greatness. We are strong <3

I don’t know how I feel about this movie being that I am an actual flint resident. The movie wasn’t even filmed in America it was filmed in Canada! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I think they went about this completely wrong. Ps. We still don’t have clean, drinkable water. 😒

I live in Michigan and even thought I don't live in flint this is terrible and I want all people who live in Michigan to stand up, start rally's, don't be afraid, start a fundraiser to stop this. I love how they can make a movie about the crisis before actually fixing the problem. These people still need help, this kind of media can wait unless the proceeds from the film are going to go towards getting Flint clean water.

The point of this movie is to show that Flint is still being ignored and how bad the situation is. So they're just supposed wait until the problem's over? This could go on for quite sometime. It's been going on for almost 3 years. They waited only several years 4 years to make movies about 9/11. I know it's not the same. But people in this comment section are arguing it's too soon. It's never too soon!
