Thank you for being vulnerable! No one is the same as we were before Covid changed our lives. I just realized how depressed I truly am and not giving any love to myself. I’ve settled feeling this way. That’s not ok. Thank you for the inspiration. ❤️ time change. LOVE YOU LADY!

Thank you for sharing. I can relate! I'm off track, feeling unmotivated and just blah. It's been record breaking hot in Phoenix. Cooler fall temps can't come soon enough so I can at least get back outside.
