Watercolor vs Gouache - comparison // paint the evermore album art with me in BOTH mediums

In this video I create the same painting with watercolor and gouache to explore the technique differences and similarities, and just generally practice with both. In this chill, chatty paint with me I talk about what I think I need improvement on, what worked and what didn't with both mediums, and make some recommendations along the way. Personally, I like watercolor better from an ease-of-use standpoint--I think it's more intuitive--but the gouache piece in this video came out better in my opinion.
