I was going to order one but not now after reading the long waits and comments here, shame they are missing a trick here, Good luck selling to USA as they are hot on customer service.

I use to love gadget show but its turned into an hour Advertisement and the competition takes about 10 to 15 mins. I still watch it but never take their advise as its all an advert.

I ordered in May 2020. it is past mid November and still no kit. They added import charges after they had my money. Poor communications and insincere "we are sorry" when asked where the kit is. Ordering this was a mistake, an expensive mistake dragged out over 7 months. A possible scam.

Ordered in 2019. Hidden import chargers (170). Every promise broken. Hundreds more like me. Wish i ordered another kit from somewhere else.

It can't turn any bike. You can choose 26/28inch wheel

I could buy something like this on alibaba for £500, couldnt I, I'd need a couple of posh boys to make an ad for and pretend we made it ourselves in our own british factory.

I’ve never seen a more scripted test ...and with that, the test is totally worthless.
It’s a paid product placement, not a test.

I bought one for my Brompton.
I honestly think it's the best niche for the Swytch kit.
The e-Brompton is £3500!!!

The only real negative is the lead-time of several months.

What people need to understand is that millions of people would use that bike, rusting in their shed, if it were electrified. They don't want to buy another bike (cheapest E-bike of any reasonable quality is around £1200 in the UK).
20-30 mile range is perfectly adequate for most people, to commute, or go to the shops.

Just get that lead-time fixed.
