What Is Actually Inside a Swytch Universal eBike Conversion Kit Battery?

In such case maybe it is enough to balance them? Can you replace the bad cells only, or always full swap is necessary?

That battery pack looks like one of my battery pack when I first started building them.
Looks like a bodge job
Now I make sure everything looks perfect.
Even no you can't see inside the plastic box.

I had the same problem and the bms had cut out on low voltage protection after not using for an extended period of time. I managed to awaken again with a bench top power supply set @ 38v and limited to 1amp. Used some multimeter leads to connect into the xt30 main battery connector to do this. After awaken plugged in the standard charging again to charge fully. 👍🏻

Could you please explain what the five terminals are on the eBike battery. I have one and it's not showing any voltage. When I took it apart I was able to find other terminals that I was able to charge it from. Love your videos you're a big help to the community. Thanks
