In this particular trading video, I am going to share with you how I set up a stop loss and how you can benefit from using stop loss correctly. Some traders hit their stop loss frequently because they are using the wrong technique to place a stop loss. But with a little fundamental knowledge of technical analysis, you can place your stop loss correctly.

What is a stop loss?

A stop loss is an order placed with your broker or platform to buy or sell a stock when it reaches a price.

For your stop loss to trigger, the price of the stock has to reach that price point and then it will stop.

Stop loss is a great way to manage your risk and improve your overall trading experience and give you a little automation control to reach your trading goals and prevents you from losing everything.
