Crispy Chicken Ingredients
- [] Chicken
- [] Buttermilk or curd + water
- [] Lemon
- I] Eggs
- [] Chilli powder
- [] Garlic powder
- [] Onion powder
- [] Black pepper
- [ ] Salt
- [] Refined wheat flour
- [] Corn flour
- [] Oil to fry

Mix all spices with buttermilk, juice of half lemon and eggs. Add chicken and mix everything together. Let it marinate as long as possible. Overnight is good. Mix 4 parts of ap flour and 1 part of corn flour. And in all the spices ans mix well. Now coat the chicken as shown and repeat same twice. Fry it on medium flame on both sides. Remove it. Cool it down and double fry the chicken for extra crispy ness.
