I live in South Africa where we basically speak British English with a local flavour. I don't know if my pronunciation is typical, but I usually do pronounce the second 'r' in rarely and with 'temporarily' I would say 'temprarily'.

American here. We definitely do pronounce the 2nd "r" in "rarely." The way she said it is just a British thing.

Also in America we say "literally" as lit-er-a-ly. Definitely pronounce the "e" on the second syllable.
