One important thing, people need to step back from the CBT2 supremacy of calcharo and yinlin. With 1.0 release they introduced the outro buffs of most characters to cancel on switch and the switching both during res lib and outside, is what actually made those two crazy, but we probably have to revisit that concept. Yinlin's outro is to date the biggest outro buff to a specific character, granting 45% deepen on calcharos res lib damage, but at the cost of having to maximize his uptime and giving up on a good chunk of yinlin's damage during that window. Not only that, one of the huge benefits of switching calcharo's mercy and death messenger, is to make him immune to interruptions, which is actually one of his biggest problems pulling off his damage cycle and getting the most death messengers off instead of trading them for lesser dodge counters.

This is also why havoc rover is so amazing rn. They are just not as suspectible of losing their outro buff, since the damage is gated behind a burst combo with forte->res lib->echo. After that, it's no problem to get back into switching and losing the buff. In the same vein though, yinlin will be looking forward to an electro dps in the style of havoc mc. A burst electro dps that makes full use of her outro, while giving her the field time to apply her damage unrestricted as well.

1:00 That is absolutely false. You SHOULD use his basic attacks. You weave the Skill after and inbetween each basic attack. It makes him go through all 3 of his skill combo 2 seconds faster WHILE adding the basic attack dmg on top. Not to mention his best ult use is left click spam basic attack So you absolutely should level and use his basick attacks.
