he needs it, and he explained, specially on thicker gauges in order to avoid sharps when picked hard.

He means signature in the sense that he uses it a lot, and in most of his writing, like how the faceless have their "signature chord", the dropped 4th ones ( think), they don't claim to invent it, they just use it a lot.

What is Misha using for picks in this? They don't look like the Planet Waves Black Ice picks he's talked about using in old videos.

ive seen enough guitarists switch from tapping with their index back to picking like its no big deal that it doesn't bother me anymore.

can somebody tell me how do i get that tone? besides the insane guitar and pickups misha is using, which is the gear that gets this distorted tight sound with a lot of sustain?

Dude. Please explain where you put your fingers. For me, it's just fkin impossible to resolve where I need to put them.
Very annoying. Could you PLEASE do explain it in your next video's? Because I really love them, and I'd love to learn from you. But now, it's just very difficult for me to find out on what fret to put my fingers.
