The Natty Limit is a huge joke and we fell for it. As I am getting more advanced I have already broken many natty limit calculators on body parts that have not had serious training for over a year. What could mine and our potentials be if we trained seriously for years to come? We set the standards for the natty limit too low. I believe it will be pushed further and further up years to come.

Turns out I am an idiot with this tape measure. I never accounted for the space where the tape measure locks, so all of my measurements can have an extra .57 inches on them. I rechecked the calculations and everything I said in this video still stands.💪

I think the natty limit comes from the peak we reach at a certain age when we're physiologically not as strong as our younger selves. There will always be a PR that you never surpass, but that's okay. It's just life.

Man those muscle potential websites are so funny. I can't believe how someone would actually take that seriously and/or limit themselves based on what some random website says lol. For sure us naturals are capable of so much more than people think. You know what has surpassed the natty limit for real though is that goddamn beard of yours dude, mail me some of those beard genetics please 🤣

that calculator you showed is quite interesting to say the least, told me the max potential for my(untrained) neck was less than an inch more than it currently is.

I used to be pretty black pilled about fitness and improving my physical attractiveness. I had simply lost hope and thought myself to be a genetic dead end.

However, I kept lifting as it was the only thing that kept me sane in uni. Two years later, I am in the best shape of my life ever and am so glad that I put in the work then even though I expected nothing.
