Hi Kadz, I have a recruitment agency in superyachts. It is quite saturated, and I do not know what I am doing wrong as this year we have noticed a reduction in jobs. Am concentrating on follow-ups to previous clients. Typical recruiter fee is 25% of the salary, so I am wondering if I should reduce it to stand out

Hey kadz love your videos. Quick question. I know the state of the job market is crazy. Are you finding majority of companies are not using supplemental staffing agencies? I am looking to start a supplemental staffing agency within the healthcare industry. Although, a few of the big hospitals in my area are pulling away from using agencies to plug their staffing gaps due to cost savings. Are you noticing the same thing? Would this be a good time to start one?
