Starfruit winery all the way! With a minute or two of interaction every week you can profit about 220k per week in all seasons with just the greenhouse (use deluxe speed grow!) and a shed of ~75 kegs.

It might seem like a lot to set up but really the hardest part is just getting the greenhouse and desert unlocked. Once you have those grow as many starfruit as you can afford and buy all your materials with the profits, your money will multiply like crazy.

You can make significantly more with the cellar and more kegs, just stock up on starfruit over the summer or grow them on the island farm.

when i was way young me and my sister would be in a shopping cart in the store playing this game where i was the queen of food (similar to the title of stardew's queen of sauce) and basically I would give food to homeless people but then i started adopting the children and they would go crazy so we stopped that game...

My (real) cherry trees in my garden give raw cherries as they are Morello cherries and not very nice if they aren’t cooked. (And yes the blossom is lovely at the moment) There are also apples that are specifically cooking apples, and rhubarb always must be cooked.
