Awesome tool. Wish I had the money to invest.
Now, I’m a guy who swears by the old NORTON system which we all know requires a “feel / touch”. Would like to “graduate” to a wheel system, and from what I’ve researched, THIS one is what I would, initially, invest in.

Tormec can you please make a grinder that spins faster? Having used tormec and toolsharp, I’d choose toolsharp every single day of the week and twice on Sundays just for the faster spin speed meaning on my larger chisels and plane irons it doesn’t take 3-5 business days to grind out a chip. With the worksharp’s fast speed I can put on an 80 grit disc and with a cup of water next to me, have the chip out in 3-4 minutes. The same task on the tormec takes over an hour in the best case, unless I take the iron to a high speed bench grinder, risking ruining the temper, first. And even then it can take 20-30 minutes to re flatten the bevel to even from the roughness of the bench grinder.

I want to like your product but it’s almost as slow as just using old school stones.

У деда такое точило было в продольном корыте с водой, вручную крутили чтобы топор не перекалить

Вся эта радость с топором обошлась тысяч в 15--20 дешево и сердито топор наточить это тебе не хухры-мухры тут особый подход нужен чтобы и не перегреть и угол при вершине соблюсти и точить можно до обуха не меняя угла все продумано до мелочей вот так не спеша с утра и до вечера происходит заточка топора не хватает только местного освещения а так все хорошо

Overpriced shit. I use ruixin 008 to sharpen the axe 😂
