I have the same fridge. The ice cubes get stuck in the dispenser and they start melting or falling out randomly, causing puddles on the floor and hard water stains.
I always have to have a little folded towel in the tray part to catch those melting ice cubes and change the towels out a couple times per week.

Count me as another one with this fridge-I hate it, just because of this water and ice setup. You can't get anything even tall-ISH in the opening to get ice, when you are trying to get ice, you accidentally hit the water, and ice cubes get stuck and then melt and drip. Which led me here to your video! I will give this a try. Thanks.

Thanks. I have the same fridge and a 3 year old who gets his own water so I have a hot mess water splash look.
