Strong looks the best by far tbh, as a novice, the simple and quick videos and explanations are invaluable, its nice having all these other ones with graphs and workout plans but telling a novice " Do these workouts " with zero context can make them just give up with how much they'd have to try and learn. I'll give strong a go! thanks for the vid buddy!

I'm old school pen and paper. Blue ink specifically (there's something special about it). Writing things down physically is actually more rewarding.

I use red string and push pins like a detective each workout with the corresponding set and weight lifted all over my home gym.

I'l using Hevy and it works pretty well.
RPE scale is only from 6 to 10 so that's a bit stupid and with the data they have they should be able to suggest weights and rep schemes if you want to do say a set of 5 at RPE 8.
Their 1RM calculator seems a bit conservative as well with short sets and generous for AMRAPS but I'm guessing someone in their team will notice the discrepency eventually.
I think they'll get there.
