Deep Sleep is Stage 3, aka, 'Slow Wave' sleep. On an EEG, this shows up as Delta waves. This stage is a time of accelerated tissue repair and rejuvenation - during the first deep sleep occurrence, HGH (human growth hormone) is released. Unfortunately, the older we get the harder it is to achieve this deep state of sleep, which is vital to our overall health and well being.

This sleep meditation audio spends the first hour descending from 4.5 (Theta) hz to a 0.5hz sub-delta wave to guide you into a deep, restful sleep. This plays out for a further 5 hours, allowing you to awaken feeling refreshed and energized.

Use your laptop (or external) speakers for best results. It's important for you to set the volume so the isochronic pulsing effect is almost subliminal to your awareness, i.e. so you can barely hear it. Any questions, please ask!

This puts me to sleep, everytime, and I'm a long suffer of insomnia. I can FINALLY sleep...like at a certain time..that I set., It's crazy... And, I wouldn't be able to do that if I didn't have this video, I am so glad to have this video in my life. SLEEP!! IT DOES EXIST! Thank.you. Brainwave Hub!

Dropping by to say that I have quit listening to it, after two mornings I woke up late to get my daughter dressed to school, while my wife woke up late for work... :) Don´t use it unless you trust your alarm clock, or you don´t have to be punctual the next day...or you could fast forward it 3 or 4 hours so it´ll stop playing before you have to wake up. Otherwise, be prepared to have that kind of sleep that makes you take a few seconds to remember who you are and where you are when you wake up. Thanks to the author.

on 2022, since the beginning of the pandemic on 2020 I have been having sleep problems, this audio is by far the best, I have been using it for a week and the change have been incredible, I'm sleeping so well, also is helping me with my anxiety, this video is awesome

Mindfullness...practice it once per week until you get used to doing it all the time...it will get easier when you learn that you are here for a reason...the reason I listen to so much of this music IS because I have such a restless mind...I cannot help myself that I keep myself occupied all the time w/ what I AM doing...I must practice THAT as well...it's a tone of the Universe...KEEP SAYING THAT when you are so down & blue that you don't know what to do w/ your restless self...I AM...just say it over and over as a mantra that helps to keep you focused on what your true purpose IS for being alive at this time of consciousness raising all over the planet...I cannot say it any clearer. Have A Beautiful Day! I Believe In YOU! I truly DO...I wouldn't say it if I did not mean it...or, would I keep saying it until I believe it to be true in myself...YES, that's what I'd do...

Love THIS. I can't sleep in phones of any kind so I'm unable to hear the iso-static sound when turned lower for the beats. I need both. Hoping I can find both!

from the first try, within 30 minutes I dozed off and didn't even wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Have been using this for several nights & I really need this to calm down & pulse sound doesn't bother me at all. I really like this as I can put the sound close to my head (headphones not needed). IT JUST WORKS FOR ME & THANKS FOR THIS!!!!

thank you so much. I`ve had a low hum in my right ear for a year now,   and this have rlly helped me go to sleep (if I exceed the delta tone above the level of hum). Just a couple of min and I`m out:). The sleep get much better to.  Nature sounds of rain forrest with screaming monkeys etc. just got me annoyed

woke up at about the 3 and a half hour mark, had a dream my phone wouldn't stop vibrating even after throwing it in water. Turns out it was just the tones slowing down.
