Holy crap. Now maybe tonight is just a fluke, time will tell. BUT my 9 yr old has horrible ADHD and sleep issues. It always takes him FOREVER to go to sleep. And we have tried so many different sleep sounds and sleep music, none of it really helps. Listening to this however, he was out in 10 minutes.

I can't wait to try this tonight I've had horr insomnia all my life at 49 years old I've never slept straight for more than 2 hours at time. I have to stay in bed for almost 10-11 hours just to get 5 hours of sleep. I would so love to sleep 6 hours straight without waking up. I've just gotten use to not sleeping well, this would really be such a blessing if works. I'll come back and let ya know how it goes.
