8K60? There is no way that is happening in anything other than ancient games and indie games with very basic graphics considering a 4090 cannot achieve that in anything more advanced, even with DLSS.

State of play was a 8.5/10 for me
Hitman3 PSVR2, midnight walk, and Metro Awakening all look awesome.
Ghost of yotei, horizon remaster, hell is us, soul reaver, archeage, all look good
Even the new controllers look really nice

The show was 10/10 for one reason only The Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1&2 Remaster! Been waiting forever for anything from this franchise. I am glad to hear you are thinking about it but it should be a definite…it is only $30 but since you have PlayStation plus right now it is only $27 it would be the best $27 you have spent! 😁

i loved it, 8/10. for me it was a perfect State of Play (not a Showcase): a bunch of exciting small games i hadn't heard of, terrific VR support, more hype for the next Monster Hunter, and of course Ghost of Yotei. lots of high points, almost zero filler.

Hey bud, Alan Wake 2 runs at 4K / 60 fps on the PS5 PRO ? Didn't John Leadbetter from Digital Foundry say it runs at 864P on the PS5 PRO in the PERFORMANCE MODE with Ray-tracing ? He's referring to native resolution right ? Then have it upscaled from there I assuming ? Because I haven't played it yet. Been waiting for the PS5 PRO to come out and see what enhancements I can get. This is the same for Returnal, Horizon: Forbidden West, Spider-Man 2, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and Resident Evil 4.

Overall I thought it was a decent show. Hell is Us looks pretty good to me as does ArcheAge Chronicles. Hyped for Lakehouse dlc too, but I honestly thought it was a reveal for Control 2 at first 😂 I also am excited for Lego horizon, but not sure if I will get that day one bc tbh I’m getting a little sick of the IP….

Ghost 2 was the highlight though, man that game looks gorgeous 2025 can’t come soon enough
