Hi, is this the same as a nesbit partial or two different things

They're terrible. They flex in your mouth while you're eating and stab you in the gums. When the dentist adjusts it it just flexes differently and stabs you somewhere else. Food gets underneath them and causes them to flex and stab you somewhere else! I hate these pieces of crap!
